1. Purchases & Licensing

• All images are digital downloads unless stated otherwise.

• Purchase grants a non-transferable, personal-use license.

• Resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

2. Payments & Pricing

• Prices are in GBP (£) and may change without notice.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.

• If you experience download issues, contact liepa.vpk@gmail.com within 7 days.

4. Watermarks & Copyright

• Watermarks appear on previews but are removed from purchased images.

• All images remain the intellectual property of Liepa VPK.

5. Gallery Availability & Storage

• Event galleries are available for 30 days, after which they may be removed.

• Customers must download and back up purchases before deletion.

6. Unauthorized Use & Liability

• Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of images may lead to legal action.

• We are not liable for any losses due to technical issues or unauthorized use.
